Medical textbooks are full of diseases of unknown cause they know not the cause. These investigations on executives, a man who said that sugar disturbed his joints. Another one mentioned cheese gave him joint pain. A third man said that meat disturbed his joints. These were intelligent men, the combining of nutrition health conditions observed.
